Purpose
Our story began with a passion for assisting Global fleets understand how a transition to EV would affect them.
We aim to assist our clients understand this impact on their specific fleet and operational environment as well as assess the applicability of the technology to their circumstances.

Austin Phillips
Austin Phillips began working in the heavy vehicle manufacturing industry in 2013 and has worked for major truck and bus OEMs.
From 2018 Austin, worked for a leading truck EV technology company, assisting with both business and product development focussing on government and complex operational fleets.
Since 2022, Austin has worked in a consultative capacity for various organisations while continuing his work for a major global energy company focussing on EVs in Aviation Refuelling.
Austin's current work covers:

- Fleet and operational strategy
- Customer led product development
- Planning and analysis
- Risk identification and mitigation
- General consulting on EV technology in heavy vehicles.
Austin is a strong believer in taking a collaborative approach to consulting. He works as a subject matter expert with a number of other organisations regarding emergency management of EVs, EV training and technical and regulatory development.
